We will show you proven methods that we use to acquire properties directly from the seller with minimal to no competition from other wholesalers. You will be one of the only guys in line buying the property directly from the seller.
• Construction/Rehab Package - this is by far one of the most difficult areas of real estate investing, not any more. We will show you how to effectively rehab/renovate the property at minimal costs without jeopardizing the integrity of the project. We offer all the necessary forms to deal with subcontractors and to not ever again get burned on a construction project.
• Property Management Package - you want to find tenants that pay the rent every month on time and take care of your rental. REI Consultants, LLC will take it to the next level. We will show you how to collect the rent and the security deposit for the entire lease term in full before the tenant gets the keys to the property.

If you are ever involved in an attorney shake-down, you'll be a ghost deterring the attorney from even filing a lawsuit. We will show you how to fund your deals of up to 20M per transaction using private money and eliminating banks altogether. 
• Tax Liability Package - What is your current tax burden? REI Consultants, LLC will show you how to reduce your tax burden as close to zero as permitted by the Tax Code, Regulations, and Official Guidance of the Internal Revenue Service.
